Jeff Bizar knows how to perfectly combine entertainment and education in order to teach success. Jeff simply defines success as happy, healthy and balanced. For 30 years, Jeff has focused on teaching the youth of America the building blocks for high achievement and being a person of character. His motivation is pure-his quest was started after losing a girlfriend at age 22 to complications from an eating disorder. After fulfilling his biggest dream of creating, writing, producing and starring in a national television show, Jeff decided to write a book and put a program together for Jr. Highs and High Schools. He hired a 17 year old filmmaker from LA to help him put together a dynamic audio visual presentation and his goal is simple:
Teach people how to be happy.
Unfortunately there is a mental health crisis upon us and Jeff is obsessed with making a difference. According to Lori Santos, a professor at Yale University, “We put students in a place where they are anxious about grades, stressed about the time they have, overwhelmed with everything they have to do and we might be missing their potential.” Add an addiction to phones, social media and vaping and we are in a crisis.
That’s why 1 in 4 students sign up for her class about being happy.
Jeff is bringing his version of that class to schools and also has a parent program-
“How to raise healthy and happy kids in a phone/vape addicted world.”
